Q: Is your tumblr for art or is it a personal blog as well?A: It started out as a personal blog, then evolved into a place where I could share my work. I still post personal things, I don’t believe in making my tumblr strictly an art blog. I’d like to think that followers would want to know the artist on a more personal level as well.Q: How often do you post art?A: I post pretty consistently. I would say once or twice a week, I don’t like to drown people’s dashboards everyday. When I do post art, I’ll probably end up posting up to three things at once. Q: Do you post your drawing process or only finished works?A: Usually only finished works; unless I’m undertaking a large project, which I haven’t done recently. Once I start an illustration, I’ll normally complete it in one sitting.Q: What types of mediums do you use?A: My favorite: pens. Micron, gel, Bic, Copic, Sharpie, even white out. Lately I’ve been incorporating more marker into my work. But don’t get me wrong; I’ll experiment with all media. Pens are just my default.Q: Describe your art style.A: Organic. I love organic lines, flowy, swirly, delicate, pretty. But my art isn’t always that way. I like to think there’s a bit of an edge to it. Q: Do you have any additional comments?A: A mistake can be your best friend. (: I’m also thrilled to be featured on here. Thank you!
