Q: Is your tumblr for art or is it a personal blog as well?
A: It is definitely a personal blog as well. And really, most of my art is extremely personal, so yeah. Personal.
Q: How often do you post art?
A: It depends on how creative I’m feeling. I’m coming out of bit of an artist block at the moment, so not as often as I’d like, but more often than I have been? Maybe once or twice a week.
Q: Do you post your drawing process or only finished works?
A: Usually only the finished product, but sometimes both. I’ll also put up unfinished sketchbook drawings that haven’t necessarily been or ever will be turned into final products.
Q: What types of mediums do you use?
A: Most frequently Staedtler fineliners and/or watercolor/gouache. Sometimes pencil. Sometimes oil paint.
Q: Describe your art style.
A: My art style is very line oriented, and very much geared towards illustration rather than fine arts. I draw influences from Albrecht Dürer, Trina Schart Hyman and Al Hirschfeld.
