Q: Is your tumblr for art or is it a personal blog as well?
A: It was originally put up to advertise about the art fundraising my boyfriend and I put up to help the survivors of Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) in the Philippines but it developed into a place where I showcase my art and where I can share about the things I like and the events in my life.
Q: How often do you post art?
A: When I have the time, I post art everyday but lately, because of school and work, I get to post maybe once a week. As soon as my schedule frees up, I intend to go back to a more regular and frequent posting schedule.
Q: Do you post your drawing process or only finished works?
A: I post finished works more often but I’ve posted processes at least twice already.
Q: What types of mediums do you use?
A: I am mostly a digital artist but I also do watercolor and arts and crafts.
Q: Describe your art style.
A: It’s cutesy and cartoony for now but I’m experimenting with digital painting in a more realistic style. My goal is to find a balance between these two extremes and reach a style that’s similar to Colleen Coover.
Q: Do you have any additional comments?
A: To anyone who’s ever wondered what it’s like to express artistically, just stop wondering and take the plunge. You’ll never know what beauty you’ll make and share with the rest of the world.
